I can't add contacts to traveler either HTC One

Hi, Actually it must be problem on all HTC devices with HTC Sense UI. I have brand new HTC One (it was not working on original 4.1.?, now not working on upgraded 4.2.2 HTC Sense 5.0). And I can't add contacts either. Please help. This is just basic functionality!!! It is possible to add contact if I connect via. MS Active sync to traveler. But my company blocked this option. Maybe this helps others. Search in forum for info how to.
